Prince Julian is the son of King Phillip. He is next in line for the throne in Forrestin.

Appearance: A slim man in his late twenties. He has short, brown hair.
William Harris
William is the man that Enos tortured. King Nolan sent Enos to get information from William, but he refused to talk, so Enos tortured him. It is unknown what happened to him after the court case.
Appearance (During the court case): "He had brown hair and looked pale with some cuts on his face. He looked very weak and almost looked sick."
