Bradley Village
The Bradley Village neighborhood was named after the man who owned the factory right behind the neighborhood. The whole neighborhood consisted of rows of townhouses. Not many people lived in the neighborhood anymore. No one was taking care of the neighborhood anymore, so it slowly fell apart, families moved away, and it was forgotten by most people. Behind the neighborhood was a factory where smoke constantly filled the air during the day, which made it hard for them to go out. They worked during the day and went out at night. They often went out for walks to a nearby park at night, so they could get semi-fresh air and have time to play with Bella. It was strange for them at first, but they quickly got used to it and knew it was best for their family."
"The only other ones that lived there besides Brandon and Katherine were factory workers who temporarily lived there for work."

The Sullivan's Home
"The House in which Katharine and Brandon had just moved into was an old townhouse."

"Even though Brandon had to stay at the school during the whole school year, he was at least closer to the train that he had to take to get to the school, so he wouldn’t have to leave a few days early to get there. Katharine was closer to work, too, and only had to drive about ten minutes to get there."

Playgorund
"They arrived at the park and it was silent and empty. Since almost no one lived in their little neighborhood, they didn’t have to worry about being caught for being at the park after dark. This meant that there were no other families or children around, so they always had the playground to themselves.
The playground equipment had a little bit of dew on it, but not enough to keep the children from playing. Gracie and Bella were old enough to run around and play with each other, but Oliver was still a little too young to play by himself."
